The contact and volunteer forms prepare an email in your own email application. If you send that email, JVAC may receive your name, email address, phone number, address, volunteer qualifications, and the message you provide.

JVAC may use submitted information to answer questions, review volunteer interest, coordinate training, respond to feedback, process requests, and maintain appropriate organizational records.
3. Sensitive medical information
This website is not a patient portal. Do not submit medical records, diagnosis details, insurance information, or other protected health information through website email. For emergencies, call 911.
4. Donations and external websites
General donations are completed on PayPal. PayPal and other linked services collect and process information under their own privacy policies. JVAC does not receive full payment-card details through this website.

This static build does not intentionally set advertising cookies or load third-party analytics. A hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date, and time for security and reliability.
